J pillows
 

I just completed a recent trip to and from HKG in J and noticed that the pillow was soiled. I don't normally check for these things but I will be doing so from now on.

Does anyone know how often the J pillows are cleaned? I'm thinking about bringing my own travel pillow to use on future flights, and I'm interested to know what others are doing.

Also curious about the blankets, although I'm less concerned about that. I don't have as much of an issue with a used blanket over my jeans as I do with a used pillow on my face.
