Tools for checking CX Award Availability

Can someone please clarify: can I search Award availability for CX using Expert Flyer or KVS? I can't seem to see actual number of seats available to revenue on the flights I am looking at when using BA site. I want to monitor the availability of open seats as an idea of whether or not awards may eventually become available closer to flight date. Thanks!

I'm using KVS to check the amount of open seats on my flights that are waitlisted. As the days go by, more and more seats go from + to - :(

Yes you can use KVS, it should work. I tried it but it only shows one day at a time. I also tried fly3z.com and you can search CX there too.

When you get close to the flight date on KVS, the JL method will no longer yield any information. I think that it is limited to up to T-3 or something like that. At that point, switch to the BA method and you'll get accurate CX availability right up to the same day, IME.

What on earth is fly3z.com? It looks like the most white label website of all time. No indication of who is running it or from where. Is it legit? It offers a 3 day free trial but there is no indication of what the price might be after that.

Fly3z AB

I did sign up for a trial account and try it out.

Most informative page is here https://fly3z.com/posts/view/2

Like KVS it uses your account to search for awards. Unlike KVS it is web-based.

It will allow you let you search multiple dates and multiple cities in one go if your program's native web interface doesn't support that.

If your base program is Asia Miles and your home port is HKG I don't see much use of these features compared to searching Asia Miles/MPO directly.

It actually pretty nice, it reminds me of KVS. It is just a little more convenient for me because i don't have to download a specific program. I did sign up for the trial and then i actually registered, so far its been good.
