How long for CX to issue the reward eticket
Dear flyer talkers,
It is my first time to redeem Asia mile on AA flights. During the phone call, I have given all the payment information but after almost 6 hours I still have not receive the eticket. I am wondering how long it takes CX to issue the ticket on AA flight? Thanks!

Yes, OP is redeeming for AA flights. So online for AA is probably not applicable.
