Y seating on 77W

CX138 SYD-HKG 77W

I know that seatguru and seatexpert are not very reliable, but in this case they are saying the opposite things

Can anyone tell me whether 42A/C have limited recline because of a wall behind them, or it's just empty space behind?

Thanks

No sure row42 but I'll go for 40C if travel alone w extra legroom without a seat in front (the seat map is misleading).

I don't believe so. I sat in row 42 once on the 77G on HKG-YYZ. I don't remember there being limited recline.

It is a nice row because there are only 2 seats. However it is very close to the toilet, particularly the aisle seat.

Thanks. I am travelling with someone who may need to use the toilet frequently overnight...
