Anyone with over 25k asiamiles please read.
 
Can someone with an asiamiles account that has over 25k miles check for a certain booking please.

HKG-MNL Nov 6 business class departing 750am flight 907

It shows available for 25k but will it allow you to go to a checkout page and also are you able to get any type of reference number before submitting credit card information to finalize booking?

nope, but if you quit the process when you are at the page that you give CC info, you have had made a rez with 2 hours to complete. look into your intineraries in MMB
