Flying PVG>>> HKG>>> SIN and at the back of the bus so redeemed use of the business class lounge with miles. Given the notoriety of delays exPVG which may mean that I may not be able to use the redemption in the event the flight gets delayed and I have to rush for my flight to SIN, is the redemption refundable or could it be retained for another use

Why don't you try to switch your voucher for the PVG lounge? Apart from not having showers, it's perfectly likeable.
