Since the announcement that CX is monitoring this thread, we’ve had a more than usual amount of first time posters requesting access, which is rather unusual albeit not unheard of. Is this people trying to avoid detection or spies or what? ~8.5/10 times I am the one to update the wiki for people that don’t themselves, so I am curious what yall think.

Honestly if CX has decided that spying on this thread is a good use of their resources then their management is dumber than I originally thought. They have a data breach issue, shrinking yields, disgruntled staff/frequent flyers and they feel the absolute best way to mitigate expenses is to pick on their biggest proponents (i.e. us, the frequent flyers)? Talk about making a mountain out of an ant hill.

Assuming what was said is true about using FT to monitor how people use the lounges... They should use here as to Listen to Customers not Spying on Customers. Only management knows whats they are using the information for.
