Am arriving to HKG on July 4 at 5:30am (not very American of me, eh?), hoping to get into Wing or Pier F for some relaxation before continuing on to Jakarta. The return is on July 19th, transiting from 2:15pm to 5:45pm. Thanks all!

Out of curiosity, is this a common practice (guest strangers into the lounge)? Are a lot of the requests on here successful?

I've never gotten anybody asking for access and in the few occasions I've offered strangers (usually people who I see cleaning themselves in the men's room), they've all politely declined.

Anyone can grant access for lounge ?

I'm flying MNL-HKG in business class on July 14 and can guest one.

I've guested in people responding on here just thrice. People I'd never met/chatted with/ emailed to before - more times (but some of those are actually worthwhile- like a Hongkie student in the U.S., 2nd year engineering, who got to spend 6hrs of his rather long layover in the FlAAgship lounge at JFK - didn't have a clue that lounges existed & after a rather satisfying breakfast, quizzed me lots on frequent flier programs..an FTer in the making! He also got a bit of an unsavory scoop on why engineers should not move to Finance, even though everybody seemed to be doing that).

You are a few posts away from being qualified to update wiki. Please provide information in the format in the wiki, and I can add that in.

I'm traveling with my two younger brothers, but I only have Marco Polo Gold status, so can only get 1 guest in. Anyone willing to bring my other brother in as guest?

Alternatively, I have Platinum Status on American Airlines as well; I know it's a long shot, but any idea if I can get one guest in under my Marco Polo status and one guest under my American Airlines?
