Wirelessly posted (Xperia Z: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.2.2; C6603 Build/10.3.1.A.0.244) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/29.0.1547.72 Mobile Safari/537.36)
Em.... I think us airways may be a better choice as they provide 50% more on their annual promotion, regardless of number of miles converted (need to in one block though)

"Eligible miles accumulated for this promotion include:
For Finance category: the regular miles (excluding bonus miles) directly earned with American Express Cathay Pacific Credit Card, RBC® Cathay Pacific Visa‡ Platinum Card and Bank of Communications Asia Miles Credit Card; and the miles converted from designated credit cards bank points, for which the activity dates as shown on the Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club monthly Account Statement fall within the promotion period. Can anybody clarify me on this:
Miles that are not eligible for this promotion include:
For Finance category: the miles converted from Membership Rewards points from American Express Cardmember accounts
Does it mean my non corporate Amex card is not eligible for this promo?

I have around 80,000 equivalent miles to be converted from credit cards.... Any ideas on how to buy/get cheap 20,000 miles so that I can enjoy the higher 100,000 miles tier bonus? Buying points from spg? or? ....

trying to figure out if my Citibank Premier miles and HSBC credit card monthly conversions actually count towards this... Seems like it might fall under the "designated credit card points" conversion...
