Em.... I think us airways may be a better choice as they provide 50% more on their annual promotion, regardless of number of miles converted (need to in one block though)

Registered but...

I registered but doesn't appear under Your Registered Promotions when logged into my Asia Miles account? Anyone face the same?

from clause 4, "Corporate Asia Miles members are not eligible to participate in this promotion" – anyone knows what "Corporate Asia Miles members" are ? are there corporate programs for Asia Miles too ? wasn't aware of this...

So if I read correctly, it includes the credit cards points converted to Asia Miles, so long as the points arrive in time into Asia Miles during the promotional period?

"Eligible miles accumulated for this promotion include:

For Finance category: the regular miles (excluding bonus miles) directly earned with American Express Cathay Pacific Credit Card, RBC® Cathay Pacific Visa‡ Platinum Card and Bank of Communications Asia Miles Credit Card; and the miles converted from designated credit cards bank points, for which the activity dates as shown on the Asia Miles or Marco Polo Club monthly Account Statement fall within the promotion period. "

Same as well. Sounds like a good promo to transfer 100000 miles.

it doesn't sound like they are referring to the Corporate Amex CX card...but a corporate version of the Asia Miles program itself...

Can anybody clarify me on this:
Miles that are not eligible for this promotion include:
For Finance category: the miles converted from Membership Rewards points from American Express Cardmember accounts

Does it mean my non corporate Amex card is not eligible for this promo?

I have around 80,000 equivalent miles to be converted from credit cards.... Any ideas on how to buy/get cheap 20,000 miles so that I can enjoy the higher 100,000 miles tier bonus? Buying points from spg? or? ....:confused::confused:

tfung Oct 8, 2013 5:57 am

trying to figure out if my Citibank Premier miles and HSBC credit card monthly conversions actually count towards this... Seems like it might fall under the "designated credit card points" conversion...

derek2010 Oct 10, 2013 6:22 am

i think it is very difficult to earn miles in the category: Dining
as the restaurants provides discounts (esp. on designated credit cards) that eliminates the chance to earn miles.
