Plane type CX 549
 
So i booked 2 1st class seats on CX 549 HND-HKG and it was a 747 but now its showing a 77w the flight is November 11th is this a placeholder or has the aircraft type changed.I care since for me i have never flown international till this trip and will most likely never be able to fly on a 747 unless i do on this flight.

CX549 has always been a 77W. Think you are confused with the morning 543.

It was a 747 earlier in the year but last few months its been a 77W.

It does change between 77w/744 by experience. And dont expect anything until you take off

That route is more frequently 77W than 747 but because of CX's habit of last minute aircraft change, don't expect to know for sure until the day of the flight.
