CX Codeshare with JAL
 

Looking at booking: CGK-HKG-CTS-HND-HKG-CGK

J class with CX.

Is there anyway to book CTS-HND through the CX website?

Anything to look out for when booking CTS-HND on the JAL website?

When booking on CX websites, only CX flights show, to get special fares including codeshares. But CTS-HND is on JL. The only way is book this thru a TA as one itinerary. Fares might be cheaper if booked as separate.

multi city booking. i think it should be ok?
however it will only be in economy not Class J i believe. you will only be able to upgrade at CTS for 1000 yen.

edit: i expect you want a stopover at both ends? CX.com only sells you a transit at HND. it should be much easier to buy the ticket seperate via Yokoso pass if you dont fall into the blackout period.

Does economy fare using Yokoso fare earn miles for QF Frequent Flyer?

If I pay the 1000 yen to upgrade, do I earn Business Class miles and Status Credits for QF?

Yokoso earns you 100% (book in Y-subclass)
if you pay 1000 yen, you get 10% bonus for both CX and JL program so i assume QF would be the same

No, you earn Y miles for upgrade to class J
You earn F miles if you fly domestic F

FYI, Yokoso does not necessarily book you in Y subclass
