e-Receipt for Reservation
May be it is only my problem, the new web interface is very hard to surf around. Once we logged in, it used to be able to download the e-receipt as a PDF file for any reservations under "Manage Booking", including award booking. However, when I logged in to do the same thing for my recent award booking, all I could find was the full itinerary, nothing appears in the bottom half of the screen, not even the seat selection tab.
The receipt that I receive via email is generated as an HTML message, making it hard to print. Is the PDF receipt file link being moved elsewhere on the website? Am I the only one with such problem? Thanks. |
