DXB Bus Gates
 

Took a DXb-HKG return a couple of weeks back and noticed that they have used C29 for departures (bus gate), and also bussed on arrival. It was actually a pleasant experience as C29 is a mere 100m from the horrible BA Terraces lounge (which CX uses for its premium pax) -- rather than the longish trek to the 101 (or C01 now) gate -- and arrival bus stops right in the immigration hall, rather than having to do the the great-wall-of-china catwalk, except that I had to wait 20 minutes for bags after e-gating immigration.

Wonder if it's going to be a regular occurrence now for CX to use bus-gates. I'm actually happy (for once) with this!
