Row 39 on 77G

As shown on the seatmap pic below Y+ rows are in the 2-4-2 config. Row 39 is the first row after Y+. Middle seats remain the same as other Y rows which is 3 across, but why are the window rows 2 abreast? Is it actually still 3 across but it's just that one of them are blocked out as a crew seat?

I doubt that row 39 is still in the Y+ section, otherwise it should've been assigned as row 34.

There are only 2 seats there, with the seat next to the aisle removed. This is because of aisle width regulations which would make it impossible to certify this cabin configuration because the aisle would be too narrow there.
