Guaranteed Seat
Hi all,
A question on the guaranteed seat. Say if my partner and I (both diamond members) want to buy a CX holiday package but the returning flight on the date we want to take is full, can we call Cathay and ask them to release the seats (it's L class ticket)? I think someone has told me before I should be able to do that, but I am not all too sure because on the CX site, it says group fares and ID/AD discount fares are not eligible. What are those discounts anyway? Thanks. |
