Changing seat using ca pnr
 

I booked a cpuple of f seatson cx using ba miles and aa miles. I tried using the locator to log into manage my booking but it does not give me the option of changing my seat. Any idea how or what i need to do to have the option to change my seats?

You can only make Advanced Seat Reservation (ASR) online from 180 days before departure. If you are outside this window you need to call CX to make ASR. Also you cannot make ASR either online or via phone if you are redeeming a Economy award unless you are an OW elite.
