Fare Restrictions + Rerouting

Sorry this question might sound dumb to some....

My ticket has the following restrictions: NONEND/RRTE/TPEHKGTPE

In this case, does it mean that the ticket is RRTE (reroutable) or NON/RRTE (non-reroutable)?

And if it is indeed reroutable, from my understanding, upgrade award restrictions are based on the original ticket purchased. So in this case, am I allowed to reroute an upgrade award? And if so, has anyone had an experience with it?

Your ticket actually says Non Refundable, NON Reroutable.
Upgrading has nothing to do with rerouted. Reroutes mean that you can fly HK via another CX city, eg, Kaoshiaong. But there's not much you can reroute between HK and TPE if allowed anyway.

once you see the word NON at the beginning of the endorsements, it usually means that it's non for everything.
