Firm that designed the seats?
 

Hi fellow flyertalk members,

There have been some topics discussing the designer of the seats. But does anyone know which company or companies designed the seats for Cathay?

Y - B/E Aerospace

Not sure what you mean by "design".
the latest J seats are "built" by Zodiac Aerospace (their subsidiary Sicma Aero Seat).

The seat manufacturers for CX's long haul seats are as follows:

First Class: Contour
New Business Class (on Boeing 777-300ER and Airbus 330-300): Sicma
Old Business Class (herringbone seats): B/E Aerospace
Economy Class: B/E Aerospace
