Lounge access

I'm flying CX from YYZ-HKG in a few weeks in first class and wanted to know what the lounge options are since I will have a 5 hr. layover in Toronto.

Thanks for your help.

IIRC CX uses the KLM lounge at YYZ, which is IMHO one of the worst in the network. I think many here would agree.

You will have to use the KLM Crown Lounge in YYZ.
One option is to use the BA Galleries First in YYZ (be sure u have a CX F boarding pass / Oneworld EMERALD status and beware of their opening hours)

I agree. When my flight to JFK was diverted to YYZ due to December's blizzard, the lounge was just awful. It's a very small lounge with nothing really to do and lack of food. The dimsum ran out after a few minutes. So we were left with drinks and other food which I really did not want to eat.

F pax have access to the equivalent class of lounge regardless of their frequent flyer status and F pax may be accompanied by 1 guest travelling on a flight operated and marketed by a oneworld airline.

I'm flying YYZ-HKG-CGK

YYZ-HKG in F
HKG-CGK in J (operated by 2-class aircraft)

Which lounge can I access in HKG?

Thanks in advance :)

With your inbound F boarding pass, you can access any First or Business CX lounge in HKG... The Pier, The Wing, G16, and The Cabin.

This is what I was looking for in the same situation F to HKG connecting to J to BKK owing to a lack of F on that route.

The BA flyer talk site has a summary of all the lounges. It shows cx having both an F lounge and a business class lounge. Is this incorrect?

It depends on the lounge dragon. Even CX sometimes deny premium passengers of other OW carriers to access their lounges too. Be prepared to present them with the policy and argue with them if you are deny access.
