Has the Studio CX background/music changed?
 
I've been seeing new changes to the Studio CX, and when have these changes taken effect?

I noticed this too and I kind of miss the old one. They must have changed it in July I guess.

Hmmmm.....yes. I like both versions but the new one seems to be uplifting with the city and stuff. If only I wish to stay a night or more in HK than just seeing the city and connecting to another flight

The changes have been in place since the August 1 refresh...

I thought something has been different, but figured I just never noticed these things before.

Did they also add more commercials before the tv/movie programs start? I feel like it takes forever to actually get a movie started... again... maybe I just started noticing it. (yes... I know I can just fast forward past these things... just seems like I never felt like I needed to do that before)

flew CX in May and end of August. noticed the change in intro but same commercial... some real estate in Singapore.

yeah, I think the Orchard Scotts by Far East Organization which provides "the art of luxury living perfected" is finally gone (although the advertisement was clearly effective because, despite never actually paying attention to it, I still remember what the place was and its tag line)

I definitely miss the old version - it reminds me of the first time I flew CX and was impressed by the AVOD.

I do like the new visual with the HKG skyline, but the old music was much better.

Also, it definitely takes longer and is more clunky to get to the actual movie you're watching.

Im indifferent on the graphics of the two versions, but I definitely like the old background music more. The new one is kind of weird.
