Joining MPC question
 

Just a quick question. If I have more than 30,000 asia miles points and I join MPC, does that automatically put me to silver? Thanks

Unlikely but that would depend on how you go the miles I would think. There have been some reported incidents where people traveling frequently within a short period of time on CX metal are automatically enrolled.

The 30,000 refers to club miles which is counted separately from asia miles. I'd advise you to read the Guide stickied up top.

If you did it within a year then CX *may* have upgraded you to SL already, but it's up to them. That's how my wife and I both started with MPC, we only had AM and traveled 30K in one year and received a package in mail that we are SL.

If you accumulate that in more than a year, then no luck. And no just because you sign up with MPC now they won't upgrade you to SL.
