Anyone have an email contact for Jeffrey Freund or anyone in customer service at Carlson? Jeffrey Freund is the name the surveys come under and he is the newly minted VP for Country Inn and Suites. Just really ticked off this morning about a survey response. I sent the survey last night about a bad experience at Asheville NC, Tunnel Rd. I got a response from the manager this morning saying she was thrilled that I had such a good stay and looking forward to seeing me on my return trip. Would just like to forward to someone at corporate.
