Website problems?
Getting
Constantly over the last few days, it sometimes works. Makes booking and cancellations etc rather messy

Funny you should say that!...made a reservation for a room in Savannah for Jan.24,2015 (or so I thought). This was back on Dec.7. Everything good to go except on Dec. 24 notice my CC credit card was charged for the room that I hadn't even stayed in yet. Called and was told the reservation was for Dec. 8,2014 and was billed as a "no show". Wouldn't even budge. I told them the website was doing funny things but no go. Checked my printout and it was indeed booked for the very next day. (which I didn't even notice until I checked my CC bill.) So payed for a room I never even used. TRied again today to book another room for the 24th of Jan. and it keeps "flipping back to tomorrow's date. GRRR
