Does Best RATE match count for lastminutetravel.com

I need to book an airport hotel in Istanbul, Turkey. Club Carlson site list it as 135 EURO plus tax. The SAME hotel for the SAME date is listed for $140 U.S. on the lastminutetravel.com.

Could I claim the best rate guarantee from Club Carlson? Lastminute travel, you need to cancel before noon and club carlson needs to cancel before 4 p.m....everything else the same. will i qualify for the best rate claim.?

Need to do it soon before i leave for the airport to travel to Turkey.

LMT in general is o.k. for BRG.

..but -buy the t&c- the claim have to be in the same currency (so EUR - US$ isnīt o.k.)
