Day tours in Puerto Rico and Dominica/Guadeloupe?

Day tours in Puerto Rico and Dominica/Guadeloupe?
Hi all
I will be travelling to Puerto Rico in September for 4 days, staying at Hyatt House, then visiting Dominica/Guadeloupe, then back to PR for 2 days, staying at the Condado Vanderbilt in order to catch my international flight.
I would like to do as much Tours as possible, whilst I'm in SjU, however I would like to know if there are any Tour operators that include pick up from Hotels in SJU area, as I do not drive which is a big disadvantage to me.
Though I'm on a budget, I'm just trying to lessen Taxi fares of getting around PR.
If anyone have any ideas, it would be appreciated
