has anyone been to Puerto Rico lately?
I am wondering what the situation is there with quarantine and entry requirements in San Juan.
I would like to fly in on July 9th, spend the night at a hotel, then transit out on July 10th to St. Thomas. I've read about possible quarantine and other measures; just wondering how that would affect would I am trying to do. Thanks!
