Hilton in the Caribbean-- Best Location/Vacation

Pretty open ended question here... I am planning a winter vacation "someplace warm." I live in Boston-- so thinking about the Caribbean.

Two adults/no kids. Like relaxation, beach, nature, natural history, animals, culture, learning. Not as interested in the casinos, water sports, drinking, etc. I have lots of AA points and Hilton points. Any recommendations on a good trip where the Hilton is on the beach and there's fun nature and culture things to do? I'm not sure I'd like Nassau, and the Hilton in Dominican doesn't appear to be on the beach. Barbados? Aruba? Curacao?

Hoping to use either AA or United points from Boston and not make too many connections. I know, I'm very demanding... :-)

Barbados Hilton has a great location--on the beach, beautiful views, lots to do for adults and kids nearby. And Barbados is a wonderful country with warm, friendly people.

Aruba Hilton is the most expensive in the caribbean area, but is located right on the beach, it's so relaxing.
Nassau Hilton is also located in front of the beach and it's one with white sand, completly amazing.
Barbados Hilton has 2 beaches and are perfect to snorkel and diving.
Hilton Rose Hall Resort and Spa is the one from Montego Bay, it has a private beach of white sand and you can practice golf and enjoy the spa.

Nassau Hilton is on the beach (a very tiny beach), but it is also more or less in the middle of Nassau. Not my favourite.
Barbados Hilton is very good, two beaches, large pools, lounge (but no free drinks and sparse snack offerings).
Hilton Rose Hall is an all-inclusive, and very, very nice. restaurant at the golf clubhouse is worth a visit. MBJ is also a shorter flight from BOS.
Hilton San Juan (last time was 6 years ago) is also worthy of consideration. It is very close to Old San Juan which is a great place for walking around.
Curacao Hilton is on the beach with good snorkeling and diving, but the building was very run down the last time I visited (6 years).

I walked by Hilton Nassau off a cruise last week, and do not like the location at all. In the middle of the dirty city.
