Suggestions Grenadines/Barbados
 

Hi, after a cruise that ends in Barbados we will spend 2 nights at Canouan Island and 2 nights at the Petit St. Vincent Resort.
The 4 nights are already booked.
We have one more night to spend,
but we are not sure, if we should spend the last night in Barbados or if we stay one more night at Union island and fly from there to Barbados the same day we have to catch our flight from Barbados to NYC. ( at 3.15 pm)
How reliable is the schedule of SVG Air that flies from Union Island to Barbados? There is a connection at 11 am from Union Island to Barbados, which normally should give us enough time to reach our 3.15pm flight to NYC.
If we stay one night in Barbados, do you have any recommandations where to stay?

I myself would be extremely hesitant to count on making a flight on the same day. The regional airline LIAT's nickname is "Leave Island Any Time"! In Barbados for one night, not too far from the airport, I would pick the Divi Southwinds or Southern Palms hotel - both in walking distance of a street of diverse restaurants and on the beach.
