Best redemption to get to BGI from JFK/LGA?

Hi, all. Relative noob here.

I'm going to Barbados for a wedding in October. Plan on departing from NYC on 10/8, and returning 10/13, 10/14 or 10/15. (JFK/LGA only-- unless there's a ridiculous deal out of EWR)

I'm trying to go as cheaply as possible (duh). I am not as seasoned as most of you, so I fully intend to fly coach (again, unless there's a ridiculous deal in business/first). I'd like to fly direct.

I'd also, if possible, like to be able to get tickets for two family members using my points.

Here's what I've got:

- US Airways companion pass thingy, actually, two. $250 round trip for me, and $99 each companion. It seemed obvious, to me, to use the US Airways companion pass to book three tickets, but US Airways doesn't offer a direct flight to BGI from JFK. Can this be used on American? Other airlines? I didn't think so, but I figured you would all know more.

- About 76k Chase Ultimate rewards points remaining after a redemption. But that will increase, of course.

- Something like 80k AAdvantage miles, just redeemed a bunch of these, too.

So, what's the best thing to do here? I'm confused about all of the partner airline redemption capabilities. I feel that there's an obvious answer here, and someone's gotta be seeing it more easily than I can.

If I can't get the other two tickets, that's fine. I'm willing to use different loyalty programs to be able to redeem for the family, as long as we're on the same flight. But either way, I don't plan on paying cash for my ticket, at least, as I feel that I have enough at my disposal to be able to avoid that.

I'm not interested in opening anymore credit cards right now, btw.

Whew! That was long winded. All advice is welcome.
