Which alliance carriers have been cut off?

Which former CP alliance carriers have been cut out from CP? One of the local Vancouver papers ran a story about Pacific Coastal (www.pacific-coastal.com) Management (owners bought it out from AC or Jim Patterson) claims they're doing well with fares that are competitive with using B.C. Ferries.

Seems that the termination contract called for something like 120 days notice but AC decided that they wanted 60. AC offered $320k as compensation.

Weren't they the same carrier that refused to carry environmentalists a while back? Guess AirBC will take over Cdn's traffic to Nanaimo and smaller B.C. centres.
