Ticket question
I just got the 2 e-tickets receipt from CP for myself and my colleague from YYZ - HNL. I notice something very weird on it.
I am the only one with EP status and he has no status with CP. However, my CPlus number is on both e-ticket. I am wondering whether I should give CP a call to clarify this since I don't want to have to send in my boarding pass later when the computer recognize 2 double entries of the same flight with 2 person with the same FF number. BTW, haven't seen Ken around for so long... Regards, Empress |
I had the same thing on a paper ticket for travel on a CPlus award ticket I had booked for my partner. I checked with the EP desk and they said it was quite normal.

Empress, unless there's a chance you'll get all the points, I suggest this colleague should immediately _get_ status with CP, AA, or AC!
Those points must not be left on the table! andrew |
So I guess I don't have to worry about it then. I have booked a couple of awards ticket for my brother and this had never happened so I was just wondering.
He never travels for the company and I belive this is his first so he doesn't know much about the FF game... I belive this will be his only travel of the year so the 9296 points probably won't matter to him. I wish I would get all the points AW!! That would be nice! Empress |
Hi Empress!
Then you need to convince him! Point out that he'll be 2/3 of the way to a free RT ticket to Ottawa or Montreal or Chicago (perhaps for the S.O. if he ever flies there on business). Obviously they're meaningless to him as Q-miles but he only has to fly once in the next two years to keep his points. andrew |
Good Idea AW... it never hurts to join.
I just called EP desk and asked about it and they said the FF number is only in my itinary in the computer so there is no worry! Empress |
