Victoria: Brewpub suggestions?
 
Do I need to write anything else? I'll be staying not on the Inner Harbour this weekend, but a few blocks away.

My priorities are 1) quality of the beer, 2) atmosphere and 3) price

Since I have heard Victoria is famous for the brews, I want to get the best!

2) Swans

Thanks! They both look good. Although neither is very close, Spinnaker's at least can be reached by ferry quickly.
