YUL to city center?

I'll be visiting Montreal for a meeting later this week, and my wife will be flying out to join me for the weekend.

What's the best transportation from the airport to the city center (staying at the Four Points/Sheraton Centre-Ville) that is economical (me) and the least hassle (my wife).

I'd originally planned to rent a car and return to the airport to pick her up, however if it isn't too much trouble I'll just ask her to take a hotel shuttle/taxi.

Also, we'll be departing YUL on a 6am (ack!) flight the following week, and I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile staying at a hotel closer to the airport for the final night, or if the Four Points is close enough.

I wouldn't bother with a car in Montreal - it's one of those small compact cities where you can walk to a lot of places, and it has an excellent metro system if you want to go a bit further afield.

There is a frequent bus service from the airport into town (called something like the Aerobus if I remember correctly). Or you could take a taxi - but it's hardly going to save you any time.
