My wife went this morning to the office in downtown Calgary. 2.5 hour wait - passport will be ready week of April 18.

2 weeks from application to issue!
I sent my renewal application Monday March 20th by Fedex it was received by them on the 21st they charged my cc on the 23rd i received my old canceled passport back on the 31st i received my new passport today. i did NOT pay for any expedited service. |
