Apparently in the YVR landside food court where I used to charge my devices and hang out before check-in would open.

I think roads on and off Sea Island are open now.
The ramp to departure level is closed.
Anyone getting dropped off can do so from the arrivals level.
Train is operating again.

The YVR food court shooting was apparently from a couple of years ago when the target was a Hells Angels guy in the YVR foodcourt.
This latest shooting at YVR was reported as firing from outside the terminal building. Drive-by shooting?
Any more gang-related assassination attempts at YVR beside just these two?
