How to force YVR WiFi Challenge screen to appear?

Any suggestions for how to force the challenge screen in Vancouver airport to appear? It just stays blank.

The server at Vino Volo said this happens to her too.

Challenge screen stays blank

Could try msftconnecttest.com from your internet browser. Works more often that not.

First thing I always try is to "forget" the network, then try reconnecting.

If that doesn't work, open your web browser and try to navigate to the IP address: 8.8.8.8
that might establish a connection and re-route you to the login page.

On Android go to the list of wifi networks, select the one you're connected to for the details and then select Manage Router

Likely something similar on iOS

If you use Chrome for Android, try loading a page on the other browser (Samsung internet, HTC, etc.).

This happens so often for me that I’ve made a browser bookmark on my home screen that links to 1.1.1.1, has saved seconds of time in my life!

I've got NeverSSL - Connecting ... bookmarked. It always does the trick when trying to log onto in-flight WiFi.

I have no idea why the url above changed into a link. it should be neverssl dot com.
