Best Lounge at Toronto with Amex Card?

I just got my Amex Platinum and I want to use it's perks as I'm arriving at YYZ at 8:00 AM tomorrow.

Which lounge can I access that offers the best food and relaxing seats while I wait for my next flight?

You generally do not have a choice unless flying Terminal 3 Internationally where there are 2 choices.

All other lounges are specific to the flight you are taking...for example Terminal 1 used by Air Canada and *A has 3 Amex/Priority pass lounges. You are either flying Domestic, Transborder (to USA), or International and you will only have access to that particular lounge in that departures area.

Be prepared to be disappointed too. The PP lounges in YYZ are not the best.

If I remember correctly, there are 2 Plaza Premiums at T3 domestic/international and the one at the C gates is nicer than the one at the B gates.

IMHO, I find the Plaza Premium lounges above average for Priority Pass.

My reference point were the ones in YYC, and a few other countries.

FWIW there is one in T3, that is like a janitorial broom closet stuck down somewhere in the concourse. Horrible is being polite about it.

Rouge goes to terminal 1, but you won't get lounge access on arrival unless you are connecting. If you are connecting the available lounges will depend on your destination (Canada, US, other International).

There is a Plaza Premium lounge in the Transborder area of T1 between gates F53 and F55.

Better than many US lounges for food and drinks. It is rather crowded and seating is tight like a typical Asian lounge. No window or windows located like you are in a basement.
