How long will it take to get from T1 to T3 at Pearson

My flight from BOS-YYZ was delayed 1.5 hours because the computer system figuring out who was in what seat didn't match the data in the plane. Plus, only one engine would start at the gate and they had to start the other one away from the gate. I had a 2+ hour layover for a flight that was supposed to leave at 8:55 PM. I've booked myself on a 10:15 Westjet flight. How long will it take me to get from T1 (after clearing customs) to T3?

Thanks.

From landside T1 to landside T3 all you have to do is catch the link train: https://www.torontopearson.com/en/link/#

At peak times it is every 4 minutes and slow times it is every 8 minutes.

At T1 just follow the signs for T3/link train. The ride to T3 takes 60 seconds or so.

Did you make the connection? Sounds pretty tight.
