There's a lot of discussion here in relation to early morning flights, but can anyone offer a perspective on how much time is needed for later morning departures? AA YYZ-DCA at 11am on a Wednesday. Economy, no checked bag, no GE.

In T1 by 11 the morning rush is usually gone so you're through security and pre-clearance in 15 or 20 minutes. I rarely fly though T3 so I can't confirm that it's the same. Check the departures board and see what else is heading to the US around that time. If its vacation flights you'll want more time.

Thanks for the info. For future reference for anyone searching the thread, it ended up taking only 10 minutes in T3.

Went through YYZ couple days ago using GE and the machines now print 2 slips, with the second smaller slip showing visitor status. Is this new? I know it's been like this for non B1/B2 related visas but I saw a lot of B2 slips left at the machine as people just take the first slip and leave.

If I arrive at YYZ around 11AM (most likely closer to 11:30AM), will I make a flight at 1:35PM if I have Global Entry?

Yes, the morning rush is over by then. You'll be through in a few minutes

Any word on hw YYZ preclearance is working now while the border is officially closed? I presume there are few, if any, lines and almost no wait.

Does anyone know if the GE kiosks are still open at YYZ lately?

For YYZ T1 at least, GE kiosks are open (some machines turned off to space out passengers)
Nexus/GE security lines are closed, but there's hardly any passenger around.
