They must of had some suspicion raised though as i've traveled from Heathrow twice this month and declared to see my gf and had no issues... yet but I'm biund to be selected soon but as I said there's nothing wrong and nothing to hide so all good

Ensure you met the requirments of being a bona fide traveler to lower your risk score, and have a clear, concise story of your purpose of travel.

Return tickets can be easily cancelled/change. Bringing proof of ties to your country of residence (i.e. pay stubs, proof of residence) to help negate these risk factors. Being a single traveler also raises your risk profile (less ties, more mobility, more risk)
