Automated Customs Entry at YYZ for Canadians
 

"You enter your (customs) declaration card and scan your passport, then you get a receipt and move on. A CBSA (customs and border/security) officer checks the paperwork and then you go to the baggage hall.

Glad to hear they finally put them in T1. Went through T3 using them in March and it certainly saved time. They were in operation in YUL last fall too IIRC.

They've had them at YVR for a few years now. One clarification - It's passport, then card, not the other way around.
