Duty free at YUL
 

Good morning!

According to the YUL website, the duty-free shop for US departures is located after I go through US preclearance.
1. How do I declare duty-free purchases?
2. Does this mean that I can bring duty-free wine/liquor on board the aircraft, without running afoul of the TSA's 3-ounce rule?

1) You don't need to declare it

2) You will have already gone through security, so you can carry it on to the plane, 3oz (100ml in Canada) doesn't apply
