For those who might wonder, I understand from fairly reliable sources that the webhost for the site became insolvent and went out of business without any warning with no ability to retrieve the site.:(

And Parnel has moved his sandbox over to MP where he's waving the AC banner as GuinnessYYZ or some such similar moniker.

really it was just a site for Parnel to spread his message of "Liberals will be elected again".

I think I went to Canflyer twice - once to see what it was all about and once more to verify my initial findings. It struck me as vehement drivel and rants on how wonderful AC was as opposed to a true Canadian perspective on frequent flying.

Good riddance I say.

Down but not out. As the OP mentioned, Canflyer's web hosting provider unexpectedly went out of business without warning. We're in the process of attempting to restore the data. In the meantime, a temporary site has been set up for Canflyer members and others to post.

And for you to share your UA fantasies free of censorship. :rolleyes:

Thankfully Cedric has the temporary site up and running and full service will be restored soon. Check it out.

Do you expect to get "a true Canadian perspective on frequent flying" on here? Surely not. :D

Its good to have several boards with different approaches. Check out CF again when its fully restored.
