Radio stations
I would apreciate help locating radio stations (mainly for local weather and traffic) in Saint John, Halifax, Charlottetown, Edmundston, and English language stations in Quebec and Montreal.
Also, are there any XM stations exclusive to Canada?
Thanks.

The CBC has coast-to-coast-to-coast coverage with its English language radio programming. Frequencies >
In Montréal, 92.5 is a decent private soft rock / pop station if that's your thing.

Google is your friend.
Canadian radio stations broadcast over the internet, along with their AM/FM freqs - http://www.canadianwebradio.com/index.html
Yes, there are Canadian XM channels. Don't know how exclusive they are - http://www.siriusxm.com/programschedules

I beleive 95.7FM in Halifax is a news station, with frequent traffic and weather. If you are driving all the way from the east coast to Montreal, my experience has been it's quite slim for English radio from about an hour east of Montreal all the way into New Brunswick. You can pick up some English stations from Maine while in northern New Brunswick, but they won't do you much good for traffic reports.

CBC in Edmundston is 99.5 You will lose the signal about midway to Riviere-du-Loup (an hour drive) but can usually pick up a US station through there. Once you hit the St. Lawrence valley just west of R-du-L, CBC Radio 1 in Quebec City @ 104.7 comes in pretty good.
