transit in YOW
hey guys flying CLT-ottawa-London today
anyone know how to transit ottawa from the US to international? do I go OUT through customs and basically re-go through security again like a local pax? thanks |

If you can't find it, take the escalator or elevator up two levels level. The AC check-in desks are easy to find. After check-in, go back down one level, through security, turn left to head to the AC lounge if you have *G status, otherwise there are a few sitdown dining choices airside. No checked bags: Exit Customs, go up one level, walk, walk, walk to the SE end of the terminal, domestic/international security is on the middle level (departures) of YOW. -- 13F |
I got pulled aside for declaring food so I had to go into CBSA's inspection area. After I left there I noticed there was a transfer desk, so that's where it's gone. Not sure how it helps passengers who exit customs the usual way though.
