When to visit Toronto
 

If you like your feet soaking wet and your shoes ruined, your teeth chattering, your ears blue and your nose dripping (but the drip frozen, very attractive) and the sidewalk sheer ice, hidden under the slush, then come in the winter.

If you like warm, sunny days with gentle breezes and humidity, temperatures in the eighties, t-shirts and flipflops on the safe, happy, city streets, come in summer.

You see, we have two seasons in Toronto: winter and August 15th ;)

That's not true.. Yes, the winter is basically the same way you described it.. But mid-April until late-October/early-November the weather is quite pleasant in Toronto. It may not always be flip flops weather, but it isn't unbearable, freezing or snowing either.
