SAN terminal question - Are Alaska & United in the same terminal?

Wondering if I can use the United Club when on an Alaska Airlines outbound?

Alaska is located in T1 and United is in T2, however, you can access both terminals in SAN with a same day boarding pass:

Conceivably you can but getting between T1 and T2 is a pain as their is no air side transfer so you'd have to clear security to get into the US then again to get to your flight at T1.
