Have reservation, now location hours changed
I have a reservation at an off-airport Budget location on a Saturday. I booked it online months ago, and at that time the location was open 7 days a week.
Now it appears that the location is closed on Saturdays. Still open the other six days, but closed Saturdays. My reservation is still in the system, though. I called them and they say that I likely won't have a car, but are happy to leave the reservation in place. Do I have any way out? Can I "force" them to reposition a car from the airport location (which is sold out on that day, btw)? [If it matters, the location is Philipsburg downtown/port, and the nearby airport is SXM.] |
