Budget at MCO
 

I haven't used them here in years due to very slow service and no cars in the class I had reserved. I have a reservation with them for March, good rate but I am nervous about the service. Any reports good and/or bad lately?

It is a typical budget location. Lately no matter where I am I have some issue with budget. At mco the printer out side was not working and of course the service rep said she would not charge me the $10.95 for gas due to the fact that I returned the car full. When I got back to my office and checked my receipt on line I found I was charged for gas. I called the mco customer service number and they credit my account. It was not that big of a deal but lately it is always something with Budget.

The only thing that keeps me coming back is that the hassles are only minor but the rates have been much lower then National or Hertz.
